Ex-Accesskey CEO Pleads Guilty To Securities Fraud

Law360, New York (December 13, 2010, 1:00 PM EST) -- The former CEO of Accesskey IP Inc. has admitted his participation in a scheme to bribe a stockbroker to buy shares of the data security company in order to inflate its market price, pleading guilty to one count of securities fraud in exchange for the dismissal of four other counts against him in a federal indictment.
