BP Propane Antitrust Case Delayed Amidst DOJ Probe

Law360, New York (March 28, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A hearing originally ordered for Tuesday over BP Products North America Inc.’s alleged anti-competitive behavior in trading propane futures has been pushed back to Sept. 20, after the Department of Justice won its request for more time to complete an ongoing criminal investigation.
