High Court Won't Review Lloyd's $6M Coverage Loss

Law360, New York (December 13, 2010, 1:30 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday turned down a challenge by Lloyd’s of London underwriters to a $6.4 million arbitration award that a federal appeals court reinstated for a Nevada cardiologist who sued Lloyd’s for failing to honor his disability policy.
