Toyota Recalls 110,000 Siennas Over Switch Brackets

Law360, New York (December 14, 2010, 12:28 PM EST) -- Toyota Motor Corp. is recalling more than 110,000 Sienna minivans in North America because of safety issues with the bracket holding the brake light switch, the latest in a slew of recalls that have plagued the Japanese automaker over the past year.

The company's U.S. division said Monday it is conducting a voluntary recall of about 94,000 2011 model year Siennas made before early November to replace the brake light switch bracket because of a problem with its design.
