Ex-Lehman HR Head Seeks $1.4M For Lost Pay Raise

Law360, New York (December 15, 2010, 6:47 PM EST) -- The former human resources head at Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. has filed a suit claiming she was unfairly underpaid while other employees were given pay raises during the financial giant's bankruptcy proceedings.

Wendy Uvino is seeking at least $1.4 million from Lehman and its debtors administrator Alvarez & Marsal for back pay, lost compensation, and special and punitive damages, according to an adversary complaint filed Tuesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
