E.ON Loses Bid To Toss €38M Seal-Tampering Fine

Law360, New York (December 15, 2010, 12:39 PM EST) -- A European Union appellate court affirmed on Wednesday a €38 million ($51 million) fine against an E.ON AG unit for tampering with a seal that competition investigators placed on one of the German energy giant's offices during a raid in 2006.
