BP, Others Liable For All Costs In Gulf Spill, US Says

Law360, New York (December 15, 2010, 3:30 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Justice on Wednesday slapped BP Exploration & Production Inc. and eight other companies with a lawsuit seeking to hold the companies liable for all costs and damages stemming from the massive oil spill caused by the explosion of the Deepwater Horizon rig in April.
