Chevron Can Subpoena Atty In Ecuador Case: 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (December 15, 2010, 8:17 PM EST) -- Chevron Corp. can proceed with a subpoena for the attorney of Ecuadorean plaintiffs who accuse the oil company of failing to clean up oil contamination in the Amazon, an appeals court ruled Wednesday.
