Feds Modify Claims In $350M Aeropostale Kickback Plot

Law360, New York (December 16, 2010, 4:19 PM EST) -- Federal prosecutors have clarified their allegations against a former senior executive at clothing retailer Aeropostale Inc. and a New York-based supplier over their alleged involvement in a $350 million kickback scheme that lasted for nearly 10 years.

Prosecutors launched a superseding indictment in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York on Tuesday against Aeropostale's former Chief Merchandising Officer Christopher Finazzo and Douglas Dey, the chief executive of clothing distributor South Bay Apparel Inc.
