Attys Dodge Malpractice Suit Over BP Plant Explosion

Law360, New York (December 16, 2010, 8:19 PM EST) -- A Texas appeals court has refused to reinstate a legal malpractice case brought by a worker injured in an explosion at a BP Amoco Chemical Co. plant who alleged his lawyers got him a shoddy settlement because they were in cahoots with the oil giant.
