Ex-Ohio County Auditor Gets 22 Years In Bribery Case

Law360, New York (December 16, 2010, 8:27 PM EST) -- A federal court has sentenced a former Ohio county auditor to nearly 22 years in prison for accepting bribes in return for county contracts, jobs and other official favors.

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio handed down the sentence on Wednesday against former Cuyahoga County Auditor Frank P. Russo. The sentence also called for nearly $7 million in restitution.
