Cuomo Drops Appeal In Marsh Bid-Rigging Case

Law360, New York (December 17, 2010, 4:42 PM EST) -- The New York Attorney General's Office has withdrawn its appeal of a state court ruling that overturned the convictions of two former Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc. managers found guilty of a massive insurance bid-rigging scheme.
