States Take Fight For Asian Carp Relief To 7th Circ.

Law360, New York (December 17, 2010, 2:15 PM EST) -- Attorneys general from five Great Lakes states are challenging a denial of their bid to force the U.S. government to take major steps to stop Asian carp from advancing into Lake Michigan, while President Barack Obama has unveiled new initiatives to combat the invasive species.
