6th Circ. Won't Revisit Anheuser Pension Dispute

Law360, New York (December 20, 2010, 12:33 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has refused to reconsider its earlier ruling in a suit lodged by an Anheuser-Busch InBev NV employee and the Teamsters union seeking to force the beer giant to arbitrate a pension grievance.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit rejected the appellant's motion for a rehearing before the entire court.
