Southland Sues RSUI Over $1.5M Katrina Claim

Law360, New York (December 20, 2010, 7:35 PM EST) -- Southland Management Corp. is alleging RSUI Indemnity Co. has shirked its obligation to shell out $1.5 million to cover repair, replacement and code upgrade costs for a Mississippi property that suffered the wrath of Hurricane Katrina.

Southland lodged its breach of contract and bad faith suit against RSUI in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi on Friday.
