Texas High Court Again Nixes Award Against Exxon

Law360, New York (December 21, 2010, 4:44 PM EST) -- Texas' highest court has again quashed an $18.7 million jury award in a case accusing Exxon Mobil Corp. of sabotaging oil wells in order to prevent other companies from drilling at those locations, after agreeing to rehear the case at the request of state officials, a university professor and others.
