Brazil Poised For Victory In OJ Dumping Fight

Law360, New York (December 20, 2010, 8:11 PM EST) -- An investigative panel with the World Trade Organization has penned an interim report that takes issue with anti-dumping duties imposed by the U.S. on imports of Brazilian orange juice, Brazil's Foreign Ministry disclosed Monday.

In a statement, Brazil's Foreign Ministry said it could not comment on the contents of the interim report due to its confidential nature. The agency did say, however, that it welcomed the determination of the panel, and that it expected the results to be confirmed this February in a final report....
