DOJ Says SAIC Decision Supports Blackstone FCA Case

Law360, New York (December 21, 2010, 5:47 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Justice has pointed to a recent decision in a False Claims Act suit to bolster its argument that an appeals court should revive a separate FCA suit against Blackstone Medical Inc. over alleged kickbacks to surgeons.
