Law360, New York (December 21, 2010, 4:48 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has denied Source Diversified Inc.'s protest over a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency customer service software contract, ruling that the agency was not obligated to communicate with the company either during the bidding process or after the contract was awarded to a rival.
The GAO on Thursday dismissed California-based SDI's Sept. 10 protest, which alleged that the EPA should have responded to the company's requests for clarification of the agency's bid requirements.
