North Face, Polo Win New Powers In Knock-Off War

Law360, New York (December 22, 2010, 5:59 PM EST) -- In an order regarded as the first of its kind, a federal judge has given the owners of the clothing brands North Face and Polo Ralph Lauren authority to shut down new websites selling counterfeit goods and seize proceeds from counterfeit sales without seeking further court approval.
