8th Circ. To Let DOL Argue In Applebee's Tip Action

Law360, New York (December 22, 2010, 4:36 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has given the U.S. Department of Labor the green light to argue on behalf of a class of Applebee's International Inc. workers in the restaurant chain's appeal of a lower court interpretation of the Fair Labor Standards Act's tip credit provision.
