Activision Wants $400M From EA In Designer Fight

Law360, New York (December 22, 2010, 3:49 PM EST) -- Activision Publishing Inc. is seeking to add Electronic Arts Inc. to a lawsuit against two former video game developers, alleging the rival company cost it $400 million by luring away the creators of the multibillion-dollar "Modern Warfare" and "Call of Duty" franchises.
