Sales Reps Hit Daiichi Sankyo With FLSA Action

Law360, New York (December 22, 2010, 1:45 PM EST) -- The U.S. subsidiary of international drug company Daiichi Sankyo Co. Ltd. has been hit with a putative collective action claiming it wrongly exempts pharmaceutical sales representatives from the overtime compensation requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
