Marsh Can't Shake $17.5M Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (December 23, 2010, 1:47 PM EST) -- A judge has blocked accused fraudster Kenneth Marsh's bid for summary judgment in a case brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission over an alleged $17.5 million investment scheme.

Judge Jack B. Weinstein denied Marsh's request for summary judgment on Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, saying that the SEC's allegations had enough merit to send the case to trial.
