Judge Trims FCA Suit Against Kaplan

Law360, New York (December 23, 2010, 5:50 PM EST) -- A federal judge has dismissed some claims in a whistleblower suit brought by two former Kaplan Higher Education Corp. employees that accuses the company of taking federal dollars while violating the Higher Education Act, but left the door open for the plaintiffs to revive the claims.
