China Opens Dumping Probe Into Photo Paper

Law360, New York (December 23, 2010, 4:38 PM EST) -- China has reportedly decided to launch an investigation into whether companies in the U.S., Europe and Japan are dumping photographic paper exports, dimming the chances of a trade rapprochement in 2011.

China’s Ministry of Commerce announced Thursday it would launch an anti-dumping investigation of photographic paper and paper board producers to determine if domestic companies are struggling against unfairly priced imports, the People’s Daily reported.
