6th Circ. Reopens Helmet Labeling Suit

Law360, New York (December 23, 2010, 5:11 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court on Thursday overturned a lower court's decision to dismiss a putative class action against motorcycle helmet manufacturer Fulmer Helmets Inc., saying there was more than one way to interpret the safety tests at issue in the suit.
