DC Circ. Stalls EPA Grab Of Texas Air Permit Program

Law360, New York (January 3, 2011, 7:10 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has temporarily blocked an effort by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to bring Texas' air permitting program partially under the agency's control, saying it needed to further review the state's claim that the action violates the Clean Air Act.
