FTC Challenges Lundbeck Drug Monopoly In 8th Circ.

Law360 (January 3, 2011, 5:01 PM EST) -- The Federal Trade Commission has fired the opening salvo in its appeal of an antitrust suit against Lundbeck Inc., arguing a lower court improperly cleared the drugmaker of violations related to its acquisition of the only two drugs to treat a life-threatening heart condition.
