US To Review Duties On Salmon, Tools, Paper Clips

Law360, New York (January 3, 2011, 7:15 PM EST) -- U.S. trade regulators said Monday that they are initiating five-year reviews to determine if countervailing and anti-dumping duties are still required for salmon from Norway and for hand tools and paper clips from China.

The U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration announced in the Federal Register that it has implemented sunset reviews to determine whether revoking duties on Norwegian salmon and Chinese forged tools and paper clips would lead to dumping in the U.S.
