Tip-Sharing Action Against Maui Resort Trimmed

Law360, New York (January 4, 2011, 5:56 PM EST) -- A federal judge has dismissed competition claims from a putative class action in which servers at a Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. resort in Hawaii allege the company filched their tips, though kept alive breach of contract and unjust enrichment claims.
