FTC Antitrust Adviser Reunites With Latham

Law360, New York (January 5, 2011, 6:45 PM EST) -- An attorney who left Latham & Watkins LLP to serve as a legal adviser for the Federal Trade Commission has returned to the law firm’s global antitrust and competition practice.

Amanda R. Reeves on Monday joined the firm’s Washington office as counsel after working under FTC Commissioner J. Thomas Rosch as an attorney adviser for the last two years. The move reunites Reeves with the firm, where she focused on class action defense litigation as an associate from 2004 to the end of 2008.
