New Trial Bid Centers On Jenkens & Gilchrist Docs

Law360, New York (January 5, 2011, 4:45 PM EST) -- The U.S. has opposed a retrial bid in a criminal tax shelter and kickback case against a former Bank One Corp. executive and an attorney accused of legitimizing the fraud, asking a judge to reject arguments that prosecutors withheld important documents.
