US Says High Court Ruling Can't Kill $200M Lancer Case

Law360 (January 4, 2011, 4:28 PM EST) -- Federal prosecutors have fired back at Lancer Group insider Martin Garvey's attempt to ditch allegations related to a $200 million investment scam, saying that a U.S. Supreme Court decision in a separate securities case has nothing to do with this case.
