ITC To Expedite Review Of Chinese Cookware Duties

Law360 (January 5, 2011, 6:08 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to expedite its review of an anti-dumping duty order on porcelain-on-steel cookware imports from China to determine whether they still pose a threat to U.S. producers.

All six commissioners voted in favor of expediting the review after receiving an inadequate response from respondents, which means the review will likely proceed without a hearing or additional investigation, the ITC said Tuesday.
