Judge Overturns Whistleblower Claims In Oil Case

Law360, New York (April 3, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has overturned a jury verdict that favored an Interior Department whistleblower who alleged that Kerr-McGee Corp. had underpaid royalties for oil and gas it pumped in the Gulf of Mexico.
