Importer Fights Anti-Dumping Order On Chinese Nails

Law360, New York (January 7, 2011, 3:58 PM EST) -- Mazel & Co Inc. has sued the United States to contest a U.S. International Trade Administration ruling that the importer's roofing nails fall under an anti-dumping order on Chinese steel nails.

Mazel filed suit Thursday in the U.S. Court of International Trade challenging the U.S. Department of Commerce's Dec. 22 decision that the importer's roofing nails met the physical descriptions of nails subject to the anti-dumping order.
