Corrected: Plaintiffs Appeal Toss Of Paper Price-Fixing Suit

Law360, New York (January 7, 2011, 6:08 PM EST) -- A class of commercial grade paper direct purchasers has asked the Second Circuit to revive a lawsuit accusing Finnish paper seller Stora Enso Oyj of price-fixing. (Corrects an article published Jan. 7.)

The plaintiffs notified the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut on Thursday that they have appealed the dismissal of their suit to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Judge Stefan R. Underhill tossed the direct purchaser's suit in December, granting summary judgment to SEO.
