Deutsche Must Produce Info In J&G Tax Shelter Case

Law360, New York (January 10, 2011, 2:46 PM EST) -- Deutsche Bank AG has been ordered to hand over communications with a former investment banker accused of participating in a tax shelter scheme carried out by members of the now-defunct law firm Jenkens & Gilchrist APC and others.
