Judge Keeps Qimonda Docs Secret In $100M Liens Suit

Law360 (January 7, 2011, 8:30 PM EST) -- A bankruptcy judge ruled Friday that Qimonda Richmond LLC can keep a trove of documents under wraps based on attorney-client privilege in the chip maker’s suit to avoid $100 million in liens asserted by a customer of its German parent.
