DOJ Probes UPS, FedEx On Antitrust Claims

Law360, New York (January 7, 2011, 7:17 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Justice has begun investigating claims from an antitrust lawsuit brought by AFMS LLC that United Parcel Service Inc. and FedEx Corp. have conspired to refuse to deal with shipping consultants.

DOJ spokeswoman Gina Talamona declined to comment.
