Chinese Exporter To Fight Commerce's Dumping Margin

Law360, New York (January 10, 2011, 6:33 PM EST) -- Tianjin Magnesium International Co. Ltd. plans to challenge the U.S. Department of Commerce's findings regarding pure magnesium exports to the U.S., after the agency assigned the Chinese exporter a dumping margin of 0.73 percent on the products in December.

In a summons filed Friday in the U.S. Court of International Trade, TMI took issue with “certain aspects" of the final results of Commerce's administrative review, which were published in the Federal Register on Dec. 23.
