US Steel Fights Tianjin, Hengyang Steel Duties

Law360 (January 10, 2011, 6:47 PM EST) -- United States Steel Corp. has challenged the government's decision to issue Chinese seamless carbon and alloy steel pipe producers Tianjin Pipe (Group) Corp. and Hengyang Valin Steel Tube Co. Ltd. respective anti-dumping duties of 50 percent and 82 percent.
