High Court Declines Avid Inequitable Conduct Appeal

Law360, New York (January 10, 2011, 7:04 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to take up Avid Identification Systems Inc.'s challenge to a finding that its patent covering technology for identifying lost pets is unenforceable due to inequitable conduct.
