High Court Refuses To Hear Kraft’s Don, Doff Dispute

Law360, New York (January 10, 2011, 3:46 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to take up a bid by Kraft Foods Global Inc. to review whether a federal provision allowing unions and employers to agree to forgo pay for donning and doffing preempts state law.
