Terra Firma To Appeal Pro-Citi Verdict In EMI Suit

Law360, New York (January 11, 2011, 3:03 PM EST) -- British private equity firm Terra Firma Capital Partners Ltd. plans to appeal a federal jury's November verdict that dashed its hopes for compensation from Citigroup over its £4 billion ($6.2 billion) purchase of music firm EMI.

The firm filed a notice of appeal Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
