Judge Calls Mistrial In Northrop, Pegasus IP Suit

Law360, New York (January 11, 2011, 6:07 PM EST) -- Northrop Grumman Corp. has won its motion for a mistrial in Pegasus Imaging Corp.'s suit accusing the defense technology giant of breaching a licensing agreement and infringing a copyright in a deal it made with the U.S. Department of Defense.
