GAO Tosses Perini Protest Over Iraq Embassy Discount

Law360, New York (January 12, 2011, 5:00 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has denied Perini Management Services Inc.’s protest to the application of a 10 percent price preference to a rival's bid for a construction contract covering work at a new embassy compound in Iraq.
