GAO Shuts Down Protest Over Unicor RFP Language

Law360, New York (January 12, 2011, 6:24 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has killed Ideal Fastener Corp.'s challenge to a Federal Prison Industries Inc. solicitation for products to make military uniforms, ruling the agency's posted synopsis for the notice was not misleading.
