Canned Cecilware CEO Fires Off $1M Suit

Law360, New York (January 12, 2011, 7:13 PM EST) -- Former Cecilware Corp. CEO Richard Moore has filed a breach of contract suit claiming he is owed more than $1 million following his termination without cause after a capital fund took control of the company.

Moore's suit, lodged Tuesday in the New York County Supreme Court, claims the food and beverage equipment company "failed even to pay lip service" to the procedures for such a firing under his employment contract.
